Refund Policy

Ergonomics Plus Inc, creator of the Prevention Pro online education platform, provides the following refund policy:

1. Within 30 days of any Prevention Pro purchase, you may cancel your account by emailing support@ergo-plus.com and we will refund the full amount you paid upon request.
2. No refunds are provided after the first 30 days, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for canceled accounts.
3. If you cancel your account, you will be required to delete all Ergonomics Plus content and will be restricted access from downloading additional content.
